River's Bend 5k Run/Walk
This event is a family friendly event! We will host a Kid's 1 mile run/walk (6-12 year olds), 5k run/walk (13 years old and up) and a Kid's Fun Run (5 years old and under)! We welcome all ability levels - runners, walkers, joggers and stroller pushers! Please leave your pets at home!

About the event
The River's Bend 5k will host a Kid's 1 mile run! This run will be for children ages 6 years - 12 years. The event will begin at 9:00am in the River's Bend pool parking lot. Parent/Guardians must remain with the child/ren throughout the event! Run fast - medals will be given to the top 5 finishers!
The 5k event will begin at approximately 9:30am at the River's Bend pool parking lot. Participants can be 13 years of age or older! If you are younger and able to complete the entire course, you may do so (parent/guardian must remain with you throughout the event). Walkers, joggers, runners and stroller pushers are welcome! Come out with a great smile and ready to have some fun - top 3 male finishers and top 3 female finishers will receive a prize!
The River's Bend 5k will also host a Kid's Fun Run! This run will be for children under 5 years of age. The event will begin after the 5k run finishes. Parents/Guardians must remain with the child/ren throughout the event!
